Northern California Photos

Northern California is home to some of the most naturally beautiful diverse landscape. The beauty of Northern California extends from the ocean to the redwoods encompassing Big Sur, Yosemite National Park, Redwood forests, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Mono Lake, and the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Some of the most photographically magical places exist among Northern California. San Francisco is a welcoming city that sits on a peninsula surrounded by the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. It is the cultural and financial hub of Northern California known for its iconic Golden Gate Bridge, hilly streets, cable cars and unique Victorian houses. Big Sur Beaches are some of my favorite beaches in Northern California to capture nature photography with the natural beauty of untouched rugged beaches. Mc Way Falls are spectacular with the waterfalls that drops into the ocean. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is also spectacular any time of the year. Yosemite Valley National Park and Mammoth Lakes can’t be beat. Yosemite National Park is a very popular destination, with many epic places to photograph with outdoor adventure around the corner. Mammoth Lakes is known for its spectacular skiing. The incredible mountain range doesn’t seem to get the love it deserves with its striking mountain peaks that are always worth a visit.

Some of my Northern California photos:

“Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.”
– John Muir
